The complete production process is subject to strict legal provisions:

Hygiene, complete traceability and proofs of origin as well as product safety guarantee high quality of ZEMO is well known for.

This is achieved by the 3 steps quality and safety monitoring of ZEMO Gebrüder Moser GmbH:

  1. Monitoring by an official veterinary
  2. Monitoring of the own control and quality system by a quality management responsible at ZEMO Gebrüder Moser GmbH
  3. Monitoring of the complete production chain by independent monitoring institutes
