Welcome & Introduction
9:00 – 9:30 AM
- Warm welcome by our team- including drinks and snacks
- Put on your work clothing, listen to safety and hygiene instructions– and get ready to dive in!
From Farm to Butcher Block
9:30 – 10:00 AM
- See half a pig on the butcher’s table
- Learn about the best cuts for bratwurst
- Try cutting yourself with guidance from the master butcher
Grinding, Mixing, Filling & First Taste
10:00 – 11:30 AM
- Trim, grind & season your meat
- Mix your own spice blend
- Fill & twist sausages like a pro
Straight to the grill: Taste your fresh bratwurst with handmade rolls from fresh dough & fine mustard
Sausage Tasting
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Sit together at the long table
- Enjoy your own handmade, grilled Bratwurst with delicious side dishes and homemade bread rolls
Farewell & Certificates
Ends at 1:00 PM
- Take home your own handmade bratwursts
- Receive your Certified Bratwurst Maker certificate
